ROBOCOM is a robotic computing environment that has demonstrated itsusefulness in automating analysis in nuclear engineering. ROBOCOM is freeand authorless. ROBOCOM's two objectives are: 1- Rewrite all exitingsoftware in natural language with the help of Java and by the generalpublic, and 2- Save all analysis processings in software robots that canbe replayed by future users ROBOCOM hopes to redefine the software andhardware parts of the computer. The software consists of the natural-language language, natural-language programs, software robots andcompressed databases. The hardware consists of Java, FORTRAN, etc., Javabytecode translators for all languages, Java interpreter, browser and thehard hardwares. Now the users can understand each other completely, andthe hardware people can finally get their acts together.
